JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 120B, 201, 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is case of dowry death.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. Petitioner is co-villager of the deceased and he has got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased or her husband. Specific accusation of demand of dowry and torture is against the husband and other family members of the deceased. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64044 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Samastipur in connection with Muffasil PS case No. 349/2020, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
