The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 170/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. There is a case and counter case. Dispute arose during auction of cattle in the Custom Office. Three other accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 24.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25989/2016. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that
