The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39815 of 2015 whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Araria and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the learned court below within a period of four weeks but due to some reasons he could not surrender in the learned court below within the stipulated period. The period of surrender of the petitioner in the learned court below is extended for a further period of three weeks from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4179 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. The order dated 01.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39815 of 2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
