2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sakatpur P.S.Case No.48 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 307 and other ancillary Sections of the IPC.

3. It has been submitted that the allegation of assault is omnibus against 8 to 10 persons. The informant and other coaccused are of same place. The case has been compromised and on the basis of compromise, some of the accused persons have been granted bail by the court below itself. The case of the petitioners more or less stands on similar footing.

4. However, learned APP opposed the submissions.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3187 of 2018 (3) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioners in the even of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-IV, Darbhanga in connection with Sakatpur P.S.Case No.48 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
