The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is specifically alleged that Dewanand assaulted the informant and other accused persons also assaulted the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled. The case lodged by the petitioners' side is at earlier point of time and the D.C.L.R. in Bihar Land Resolution Case No. 105 of 2014-15 directed the Circle Officer, Wazirganj to got the land vacated from Arun

Considering the specific allegation against Dewanand, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 472 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
