Petitioner is accused in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2016 registered under Sections 342, 307 and 498A/34 of the I.P.C. On perusal of Annexture-1, it appears that prayer of the petitioner for bail was earlier rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 51325 of 2016 on 19.01.2017 with observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Now, the charge has been framed. In such view of the matter, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S.
