The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.237 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 353, 332 and 333/114 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly circumstanced nine others have been granted prearrest bail vide order dated 08.12.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No.57539 of 2017 as contained in Annexure-3 to the present application.
Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

No.5463 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 In that view of the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 237 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
