JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That petitioner prays for issuance of appropriate order / orders, direction / directions or writ/writs, preferably in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent authority, in particular the Respondent Deputy General Manager, Bank of Baroda, Patna Zone (Respondent No. 5) to consider the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14503 of 2022(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 appeal filed by the petitioner before him on 18.02.2022 for removal of all the three punishment and to pay the monetary benefits, accrued out of removal of the said punishments;

which has illegally and whimsically been imposed upon the petitioner by the Respondent authority of the Bank and further to direct the Respondent authority not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily who has been discharging his duty regularly, sincerely and honestly with full devotion to the Respondent Bank."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of approaching the competent Labour Court having appropriate jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
