The above-mentioned criminal miscellaneous application has been filed on behalf of five petitioners. Moreover, it appears that vide order dated 20.04.2018, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the five petitioners in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 134 of 2017, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Madhubani, but it appears that inadvertently the name of petitioner no. 2 Bindi Devi has not been incorporated in the cause title portion of the order dated 20.04.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20742 of 2018(3) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 In the circumstances, the order dated 20.04.2018 is modified to the extent that let the name of Bindi Devi be incorporated in the aforementioned order.
