Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2020, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted. The informant alleges on basis of suspicion that her husband was killed by the petitioner and named accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.64204 of 2021(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 informant is not an eyewitness to the occurrence and the entire allegation hinges around suspicion and co-accused Suresh Kumar Roy has been granted bail by order dated 04.08.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 4865 of 2021, Balram Kumar Bishwas has been granted bail by order dated 10.09.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 35573 of 2021 and Shambhu Ishar has been granted bail by order dated 16.11.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 20586 of 2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted and the entire allegation hinges around suspicion and co-accused have been granted bail, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No. 193 of 2020 arising out of Nirmali P.S. Case No. 117 of 2020. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
