The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier by Order Dated 12.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 31186 of 2021, his bail application was rejected and this is the second attempt. It is next submitted that petitioner was granted liberty to review his prayer for bail, in the event, trial is not concluded within 7 months from the date receipt of a copy of this order. It is next submitted that till date only three witnesses have been examined.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58336 of 2022(2) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. draws the attention of the Court to Order Dated 18.08.2022, wherein it has been recorded by the learned A.D.J.-6-Cum-Spl. Judge POCSO, Banka, whereby three months more time was sought for.

In the event, if the trial is not concluded within three months from the date of receipt production of a copy of this order the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned trial Court itself.
