It is submitted that in order dated 10.03.2017 passed by this Court, it was mentioned that petitioner is directed to be released on provisional bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari but the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari has not understood the spirit of the order and he has insisted that this Court should disclose the amount of furnishing the bail bonds. In such circumstances, the order dated 10.03.2017 is modified to the extent that " petitioner is directed to be released on provisional bail for one year on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari. " The other parts of the order remains the same.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8670 of 2017 (3) dt.24-03-2017 Accordingly, the order dated 10.03.2017 is modified to the above extent.
