Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 238 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.
The allegation is that one country-made loaded pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is accused in five other cases.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2019 and chargesheet has been submitted.
Heard learned APP also.
Considering the submission, which made above, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53570 of 2019(4) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 25000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrage, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S. Case no. 238 of 2019, subject to condition that he has to appear before the local police station of the area for the period of nine months so that the police may watch his activities, and if he is found actively involved in such type of cases in future, prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of bail bond. Let the copy of this order be communicated to the SSP, Purnea for needful.
