04. 09.01.2015 The case diary was called for but when the matter was dismissed for default the same was returned, the Office has put up the matter under the heading "For Orders on Office Notes" for further direction.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No. 30 of 2014 arising out of Khaira P.S. Case No. 68 of 2013 registered under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamui.

Having considered the facts of the case, the matter is being disposed off on merits. It appears that there is allegation against the Petitioner of having engineered demand of ransom from the victim, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Application is dismissed.
