JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 453 of 2016, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made loaded pistol from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2016. It is further submitted at bar that while the petitioner is accused in one another case, in which, he is on bail.

No.6230 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.
