The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 498(A), 504/34 IPC. 3.

Though, this case has been listed today under the heading "Office Notes" for extention of time of mediation as prayed by the learned Mediator but it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation on terms and conditions as mentioned in the Mediation report. In this regard, he produced the Mediation Report before this Court. Learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 has not denied this fact.

The said Mediation Report is kept on record.

Office is also directed enclose the Mediation report by which the dispute between the parties has been settled. 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since the dispute between the parties has been resolved, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No.430/2021 (G.R. No.4191/21), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
