2. Learned counsel for the petitioner outrightly submits that the impugned order (Annexure-P/3) has been passed without issuing any show cause notice to the petitioner and without following the principle of natural justice.

3. In view of the stand taken by the petitioner in the writ petition, the order dated 06.03.2023 (Annexure-P/3) is set

Patna High Court CWJC No.12044 of 2024(2) dt.09-01-2025 2/2 aside and the the matter is remanded back to the Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Principal Secretary, Mines and Geological Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 2) to pass afresh order in accordance with law after personal hearing to the petitioner and follow the principle of natural justice.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
