The petitioner had earlier moved this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 2671 of 2014 and the same was disposed of vide order dated 1.7.2017 with a direction that if the petitioner would file a review application, the competent authority will hear and decide the case in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six months from the date of filing of such review application.

In view of the direction given in the aforesaid order of this

Patna High Court MJC No.803 of 2015 dt.01-03-2017 Court, an order, contained in Memo No. 4840(s) dated 29.5.2015, has been passed by the Principal Secretary, Road Construction Department 9 (Annexure-E to the show-cause). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will challenge the same. In that view of the matter, the present contempt proceeding is dropped. If the petitioner, so advised, may take legal course as is available in law.
