Petitioner is accused in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016, registered under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Pandav Yadav. It is also submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 06.7.2016.
