The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to make payment of the balance amount of cost of Auto Haematology Analyzer with five parts. According to him, an amount of Rs. 12,24,740/- has been withheld by the respondents since year 2013.

We dispose off the writ petition with the direction that

Patna High Court CWJC No.19104 of 2021(3) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 in case, the petitioner files a representation before the Principal Secretary, Health and Family Welfare within two weeks from today, he shall dispose off the same within four weeks thereafter. If the amount is found due, he shall ensure that the same is released to the petitioner forthwith. The writ petition stands disposed off.
