24-11-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 22.11.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 39323 of 2021 (Annexure - 2).

3. The trial court report reveals that in this case, prosecution evidence was closed on 26.08.2019 and thereafter, statement of accused persons under Section 313 Cr.P.C. was recorded and on 28.06.2022, bail-bond of other four accused persons namely Ramdeo Sada, Bala Sada, Mukund Sada and Manoj Sad were cancelled. Next date in the case was fixed for 13.10.2023.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, conduct of co-accused and progress of the trial, the prayer for bail of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59020 of 2023(3) dt.24-11-2023 2/2 petitioner is rejected. However, considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2015, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
