The petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 256 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that informant got information that three persons have come near DAV Chowk for selling two stolen Motorcycles. The informant reached there and saw two Motorcycles parked. Three persons including petitioner were found standing near the Motorcycles. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion. He is student of DAV College. He was residing just near the College. Petitioner is in custody since 15.4.2019.
