JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is kidnapping the daughter of Rajendra Kumar Sah. The informant is Branch Manager of IDBI Bank, Madhubani where the victim works as an Executive. In 164 Cr.P.C statement the victim supported the accusation. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that uncle of the petitioner submitted an application before the Superintendent of Police, Araria that victim was in love with the petitioner from before which suggests that she went in the company of the petitioner of her own. Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Madhubani
