Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 548 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 447, 323, 337, 338, 504 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus against all the accused persons including the present petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 23.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15935 of 2018.

No.21594 of 2018(2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 548 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
