The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 400, 402, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that two live cartridges and one battery are recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Two live cartridges are said to have been recovered. So far the battery in question is concerned, the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Sadar P.S. case No.59 of 2019.
