2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 506 & 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including petitioner came at the house of the informant and started firing and also, damaged his vehicle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is only alleged to be one of the conspirators. She is not alleged to be involved in the firing. Similarly situated coaccused Ramakant Singh has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 16.05.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 11119 of 2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances as well as nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateII, Patna City (Patna) in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 776 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
