The present writ petition has been filed by widow as well as son of an employee, who retired long back on 30.11.1999 and, thereafter, he died in the month of June, 2004. Primarily , a prayer has been made in the present writ petition for payment of salary and its revised pay scale of the deceased employee from 1993 to 30.11.1999.

Obviously, the employee had retired in the year 1999 and he survived till 2004 and the present writ petition has been

I do not find any ground to pass any positive order. The writ petition stands dismissed.
