JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 10.06.2011 contained in Memo No. 298 dated 13.06.2011 passed in Appeal No. 1536 of 2011 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal, Samastipur. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11496 of 2011 (4) dt.25-07-2017 the order which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
