The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhawanipur P. S. Case No. 30 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 379, 436 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation in which the son of the informant was killed by accused persons named in the FIR, including the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
