The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 323, 307, 427, 504, 354, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the accused persons assaulted the informant, threatened to kill her and took away cash Rs. 40,000/-, ornaments, mobile and other articles.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55295 of 2015 (3) dt.15-12-2015 petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general. The informant has not received any injury. There is counter version of the occurrence. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri C.M. Kumar, J.M, Ist Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 85 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
