The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,379,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. During course of assault, co-accused Priyanka is alleged to have caused head injury on the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances, let, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49306 of 2016 (2) dt.09-12-2016 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 14, Motihari, East Champaran /Successor Court in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 81 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
