Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner which has been taken on record.

The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of pre-arrest bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 30 of 2014, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 16.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10278 of 2015, on the ground that against the petitioner only allegation is that she kept the victim confined and further conspired with co-accused and she is a lady to which learned APP opposes by submitting that against the petitioner also there is serious allegation.
