Petitioner seeks bail in Bhorey P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. As per allegation the marriage of the deceased was performed with the petitioner on 24.05.2014 and one child was also born to her who is now one and a half years of age. The petitioner used to torture the deceased for payment of dowry and set her on fire after pouring kerosene oil.

Learned APP for the State submits that in the post mortem report 80 to 90 per cent burn injury was found on the

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected at this stage.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the case.
