JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation. It is evident that this Court had not entertained the writ application being CWJC No. 17514 of 2012 filed by the present petitioner, which was disposed of by order dated 4.3.2013 holding that cause of action was not such that their so-called Association could be heard by this Court.

In the above circumstances, the contempt application is not maintainable at the behest of the petitioner. The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed.
