Petitioner, Manish Kumar @ Bhogo @ Bhano, apprehends his arrest in Medani Chowki P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is general allegation that this petitioner along with other many accused persons entered into school and they started breaking school articles and assaulted the teacher. Learned counsel further submitted that anticipatory bail has already been granted to co-accused, Chandan Mishra on 27.09.2016 by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 41104 of 2016 and other co-accused, Rohit Kumar, Fakira Kumar, and Navin Kumar have also been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 26161 of 2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41823 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the petitioner, above named, to surrender before the court below within one month from today and on his so surrendering, the court below shall release the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand only) with two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Lakhisarai in connection with Medani Chowki P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
