This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 372, 373, 363 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 of the Immoral Trafficking Act and 25 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she was indulged in enforcing the minor girls to sexual relation with different persons.

Perused the statement of one of the victim under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Submission of the petitioner is that in fact the victim-girl was a vega bound and the petitioner has given her shelter, however, under pressure of some other person victim has given wrong statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Considering the material against the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12937 of 2017 (3) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail is refused.

The petitioner may renew prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within nine months, from the date of receipt of this order.
