JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court taking note of this fact that stolen articles were recovered from the house of the petitioner but the impugned order goes to show that charge against the petitioner was framed on 04.03.2016 but up till now not a single prosecution witness could be examined. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 06.10.2015.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Bihar P.S.
