2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 521 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) & 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 23.07.2023 and there is recovery of 108 litres of illicit liquor from their possession.
4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.
5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from their possession, this application for regular bail is

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-IV-cum-Special Judge Excise No. 1, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 521 of 2023.
The petitioners will visit concerned Police Station where they reside on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Harsh/ U T
