The Petitioner seeks bail in Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act.

It is alleged that 5 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the house of this petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2017. It has been mentioned in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19828 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Purnea in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017, arising out of Special Excise Case No. 44 of 2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) Shageer/- U T
