JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 07-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged by the informant that a ransom demand of Rs. 2.5 lakhs was made by unknown criminal through mobile phone and for non-fulfillment of ransom demand, he threatened of fire consequences.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and the mobile number through which ransom demand was made is not registered in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.07.2022.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 189 of 2022.
