The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of Annexure nos. 1 to 4, it appears that the F.I.R. is against known and on the confessional statement of coaccused, the name of the petitioner appears in the case only on suspicion. Further submission is that co-accused Md. Sarookh Khan, on whose confessional statement the name of the petitioner has been figured, has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 3827 of 2016.

Case No. 80 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
