23-09-2016 The petitioners, who are brother, apprehend their arrest in relation to Amarpur P.S. Case No. 333 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 308, 447/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As apparent from the First Information Report itself that the dispute arose between the agnates in relation to repair of the hut of informant. There is no specific serious overt act alleged against either of the petitioners.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners, namely, Bishal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41745 of 2016 (2) dt.23-09-2016 Paswan @ Bishal Kumar and Aakash Paswan @ Akash Kumar, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Amarpur P.S.
