Learned Government Advocate No. 12 appearing on behalf of the State has produced before me a copy of the order, dated 09.08.2016, passed in LPA No. 143 of 2016, whereby the said order, dated 17.10.2014, has been
Patna High Court MJC No.3247 of 2015 (3) dt.31-08-2016 2/2 directed to be stayed.
Since the opposite parties have preferred Letters Patent Appeal, in which the order, violation of which has been complained in the contempt application, has been stayed, no contempt can be said to be made out. The contempt application accordingly stands disposed of.
It goes without saying that the petitioners shall have the liberty to make appropriate application if any situation arises in future.
