JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, informant and the counsel for the alleged victim and the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

On behalf of alleged victim Rintu Kumari, a supplementary affidavit has been filed today, enclosing the copy of marriage certificate issued by the Special Marriage Registrar dated 24.11.2016.

In view of the marriage certificate contained in Annexure-A to the supplementary affidavit and the fact that the alleged victim who is present in court admits that she is married to
