The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage for no fulfillment of dowry It is alleged that the husband of the informant informed about the illness of the victim. When the informant reached to the hospital the victim suggested that she has been administered poison by inlaws family

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53766 of 2015 (2) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even the first information report does not suggest as to who administered the poison to the victim. The petitioner has been made accused only because she is mother-in-law. The husband of the victim is in custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two securities of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No.223 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) M.Rahman/- U T
