Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hathwa P.S.Case No.32 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 354(A), 504, 500, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(A), 66E and 67A of the I.T.Act.

As per FIR, son of the petitioner has taken obscene photograph of the daughter of the informant and made it viral on the WhatsApp and when the informant and others protested about the same to the petitioners, who happens to be father and mother of the main accused, they have abused them and not stopped the main accused from doing such type

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that his son is residing outside the India and for his act the petitioner can not be made responsible. They are ready to cooperate in the investigation and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence at their hands.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant, who have opposed the prayer for bail.. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Hathwa P.S.case No.32 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
