2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 14.02.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4672 of 2012 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court to the extent of extension of period of deposit arrears amount and surrender.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 14.02.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4672 of 2012 with a condition that "the bail bond of the petitioner will be provisionally accepted till deposit of the alleged arrears of the electricity consumption." It is further submitted that at the time of furnishing bail bond, the petitioner deposited only Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63523 of 2024(2) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 25,000 out of Rs. 76,000, and the rest of the arrears, i.e., Rs. 51,000, is still due. Petitioner undertakes to deposit the rest of the arrears amount, i.e., Rs. 51,000/-.

In view of the above submission, further four weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish the receipt of rest arrears amount before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 14.02.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4672 of 2012 is modified to the above extent and modification petition is allowed.
