JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 11(d)(f) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act. The informant being Officer Incharge of Gopalpur police station in the district of Gopalganj intercepted a pick-up van in which six animals were found tied mercilessly and were being carried.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the driver of the vehicle in question and the animals were being taken under valid papers and the documents were in order. It is further submitted that maliciously the present case has been registered.

No.54148 of 2015 (2) dt.30-11-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.69 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
