The petitioner seeks bail in Karja P.S. Case No. 262 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Arbind Sahni, who has already been granted bail, vide order dated 26.08.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 31685 of 2021. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.P. Recovery has been made from the house of co-accused Dhiraj Kumar, who has also been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 06.01.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 34124 of 2021. Petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2021. Investigation is complete.
