The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mohania P.S. Case No.362 of 2016 under Sections 418, 419, 420, 384, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant A.S.I. of Mohania police alleged that he got information that some persons are indulged in preparing forged documents to get the truck passed through from the Mohania check post. The informant rushed to the place of occurrence and one Rajkishore Gupta was apprehended. Rajkishore Gupta disclosed the name of 29 persons but petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41172 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 preparing the forged documents for permit pass for passing through the trucks to the check post. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.362 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) N.H./- U T
